STILL WITH THE VAL D’ORCIA DUST, WE ARE PREPARING THE RONDE DEL PALLADIO

In competition at home for the Ronde del Palladio: Pozza and Rongoni on board of the 208 R5, Frisiero and Toffano with the 208 R2. At Val d’Orcia great debut with the 207 S2000 for Ciuffi, good performance for Marchioro as well.
Power Car Team prepares the 8th Ronde del Palladio for this first weekend of November,  by arranging four Peugeot 208.
There will be two class R5 cars, one for the crew composed by Francesco Pozza/Ivan Gasparotto and the other one for Mauro Rongoni/Alberto Bordin, both at their first time with the queen of Peugeot, are going to seek a good performance in a demanding class.
Giacomo Frisiero with Luigi Pirollo and Giovanni Toffano, placed side by side with Pietro Elia Ometto, both with the little french pest, the 208 R2, complete the white-and-green squad.
The event, configured as Ronde, starts on Saturday 4th November at 20:01 from piazza Marconi in Montecchio Maggiore, and the rest on Sunday 5th with the special test “Selva di Trissino” repeated for four times. At the end of the 47 km of race, the meeting is back to piazza Duomo in Montecchio Maggiore for the stage and the award ceremony.
DIRT TRACKS OF “VAL D’ORCIA” AND THE ASPHALT OF “DU VALAIS
At “Val d’Orcia” important debut for Tommaso Ciuffi on board of Peugeot 207 S2000, at his first time with the french car. The young Tuscan talent has succeeded to interpret the car form the first PS, by recording the best class time and by imposing himself for the rest of the race until he closed on the top of the podium gaining an excellent eighth place in the overall rank.
Good performance for Marchioro too, on board of the Peugeot 208 R5, who ends his CIRT season at fourth class place near the podium.
A Renault Clio S1600 was on the starting line of the 58th Rallye International Du Valais, driven by Anael Frossard, who completed the aim to do a good performance in the home race, by taking the class bronze.
