14 Jul BACK TO RAISE THE DUST ON THE WITH ROADS OF SAN MARINO

Nicolò Marchioro on board to confirm the CIRT first place, De Tommaso and Pederzani is committed “Junior” and Ciuffi to affirm himself again as the ground specialist.

Work in progress, on July 15 and 16, for the 45th San Marino Rally, third step of CIRT. 

Nicolò Marchioro, placed side by side with Marco Marchetti, on board of Peugeot 208 T16 R5, is going to repeat the Adriatico performance, where he conquered the top of Italian Rally Terra Championship arriving close to the CIR podium arrivando addirittura a ridosso del podio nel CIR, with the aim of solidifying the CIRT place.

Damiano De Tommaso with Michele Ferrara, is back to race with the Peugeot 208 R2, his goal is to raise the Italian Rally Junior Championship rank, in which he is second.

At “Junior”, Riccardo Pederzani and Virginia Lenzi are deployed as well. They are in race to raise experience on the ground and to collect important points for the Championship.

Another 208 R2 is ready for Tommaso Ciuffi and Nicolò Gonella, back from a great performance on Arezzo asphalt. The couple seeks an important placement on the ground, where the Tuscan pilot is comfortable.

The couple Christian Marchioro/Silvia Dall’Olmo completes the Power Car Team crew. It tests in the background race, the 4th San Marino Rally Show. con un piazzamento degno di nota, ovvero quarto assoluto.

THREE CARS IN COMPETITION AND THREE SUCCESS 

Tommaso Ciuffi arrived close to first podium step, in R2 class, at “Casentino”, forced to give up the placement for oli 3.5’’, because of a raised penalty for arriving late ar C.O. after substituting a tire in the middle of the race; anyway a great performance for the young Tuscan.

The couple Zanon/Piceno at Rally Valli della Carnia made its stand on the R5s. The Alto Adige pilot, on board of a 207 S2000, conducted the race pushing until the end, winning the class and missing the podium for only 2.8’’.

Well for Manuel Monte at 5th Slalom Città di Este, a fourth place in the modern cars section for the National Championship.
