08 Jun TOMMASO CIUFFI IS READY TO DEBUT AT WRC ON THE DIRT SARDINIAN ROADS

Ciuffi plunges himself in the rally’s Olympus on the sardinian ground for the seventh WRC appointment, Vellani will seek laurels at “Città di Modena”.

Two upcoming tasks for Power Car Team. The Main Event will be the participation at Rally Italia Sardegna.

An important breakthrough for the young Tommaso Ciuffi, who will join the maximum rally series, the WRC, for the 14th Rally Italia Sardegna. He will drive a Peugeot 208 R2 with Nicolò Gonella. The complicate away race will give to the young pilot the possibility to measure himself with the best drivers on a long, technical and demanding course, in which he will have to manage cautiously the car.

The course, for a total amount of 312 timed km, will be divided in 9 PSes, that have to be repeated two times, and a super special scheduled on Thursday night, the Ittiri Arena Show, which will be followed by the pilots transfer to Olbia. The real race starts on Friday 9th of June in the afternoon, and it ends in the afternoon of Sunday 11, at Alghero port with award ceremony.

Roberto Vellani is back to race with Luca Amadori at Rally Città di Modena, at his 38th edition. In this event, scheduled in the weekend, last year the talented Reggio Emilia driver won. This year, on board of the queen of Peugeot, the 208 T16 R5, he is back seeking the top podium place leaving behind his back the unfortunate away race of “Taro”.
